Meditation Classes The following meditation classes are available: 1. Relaxation Meditation ( level I ) This meditation relieves the novice practitioner of meditation from the tension and stress of day-to-day life, calms his mind, relaxes his body and promotes a feeling of peace and well-being. Highly recommended for businessmen, office-workers, students, housewives and starters. No previous experience needed. Time: 1 hr Tuesdays and Fridays at 5:30 pm 2. Kundalini Meditation ( level II ) This meditation engages the aspirant into the workings of the senses and sense-objects, thus gaining mastery over the senses and the mind. Consequently, the chakras open up and the kundalini energy that rises transforms the mind of the aspirant, thus heralding a new spiritual life. Recommended for more serious aspirants who wish to pursue a spiritual life. Must have completed at least 3 months of level I meditation. Time: 1 hr Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm 3. Energy Transforming Meditation Prerequisites: At least 3 months of level II + other prerequisites. Please consult the library for this class. 4. No-death Meditation Please consult the library for this class. Other information: Special types of meditations can be arranged for special needs and for serious aspirants.
